we are obsessed with house hunting.  me and magno are both DYING to buy a house & we are constantly looking.  Even though we arent ready to buy just yet, we want to stay up to date on house prices & just see what pops up.  We have pretty much decided on 2 places we want to buy…in east side costa mesa which borders newport beach or in old towne orange.  so we are looking in both places.  we want a spanish style home with lots of character & a semi fixer upper.  Must haves for me are tall ceilings, lots of windows, big dining room, and low maintinence backyard.  This has it all
